Choosing a wood type for your floor is a big step but only one step to a functional floor. When choosing surface treatment you need to consider how you want it to look and what kind of wear the floor will be exposed to. Take a look at Bona’s many different solutions ranging from a pure natural look to exiting colouration!
Bona Naturale is a unique floor treatment that preserves the true nature of wooden floors. It is strong enough to handle stress in both commercial and domestic environments. Bona Naturale has all the advantages of a durable, waterborne, environmentally sound system, giving your floor a truly unique look and feel. Bona Naturale can easily be spot repaired if an accident occurs.
Made from wood, for wood. Bona’s oils are made of pine oil which gives wooden floors a rich colour and exclusive lustre. A big benefit with oil is that surfaces can be renewed many times without having to be resanded. Hardwax Oil gives a slightly lighter colour compared to pure oil but adds more water repellance due to the wax content.

Finish is the easiest surface treatment to keep clean. It also gives you the possibility to tone the wood and to control the level of shine. Finishes are divided into primers and top coats. The primer decides the colour on the floor while the top coat adds protection. We offer a wide range of environmentally sound waterborne finishes.
